We launched a people-insight product for companies that care about their teams. On a shoestring budget, I architected and built the entire stack: a PostgreSQL data model, container orchestration, a React front end, and automated tests, with continuous delivery that gave us daily releases. Working closely with product and sales, I ran weekly user interviews and turned what we learned into a roadmap that tripled the time users spent on the platform. I have always believed in AI, so we shipped a mood-analysis feature on GPT-3 months before ChatGPT, keeping us ahead of the market.
Senior Software Engineer
I helped Tumelo build a number of TypeScript applications, including the initial setup, deployment, and architecture of the web app behind their shareholder voting platform. As one of their earliest engineers, I worked hand in hand with the founders to uncover needs and steer product direction.

I built a serverless JavaScript API that ran five hundred custom Lighthouse audits per site and showed live performance scores on bespoke dashboards. Clients added their website once and got direct, actionable steps to improve their SEO.
